These details may be represented by symbols on the ticket. The symbols, designed by Ilkka Veiström, are protected by copyright and they may only be used by MyEvent Ticket Shop.
The symbol signifies a change/possible change/a likely change to do with event details, schedule or performers. When the ticket has this symbol, MyEvent recommends ticket holders to check all event details before the event. BRING PROOF OF IDENTITY / DISCOUNT CARD
Both MyEvent and event organiser staff have the right to check ticket holder's identity (Passport or ID card) and possible student/pensioner status (student/pensioner card) in the case of discount tickets. Further information on valid ID cards is found at MyEvent Ticket Shop and directly from the event organiser. If a ticket holder fails to produce a valid ID card, he/she may be denied entrance to the event or an added fee needs to be paid to gain entry.
The volume in the event may exceed recommended levels and, therefore, MyEvent recommends the use of earplugs. It is extremely important to protect the hearing of children even when the sound levels are low. THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHING AND RECORDING DEVICES IS FORBIDDEN
The audio and video content of the event is protected by copyright. Without a written permission from the event organiser, photographing and all forms of recording are strictly forbidden. The event staff has the right to confiscate all unauthorised photographing and recording devices and notify the police about a suspected breach of copyright. NO MOBILE PHONES
Mobile phones should be switched off or left outside the event area/venue since a mobile phone may either cause interference with the technical equipment, the equipment may damage the phone or the phone, regarded as a recording device, may be seen as a potential copyright hazard. The event staff may confiscate the phone or remove the guest with a mobile phone from the event area.
Most events are no-smoking events. No-smoking policy also often extends to outdoor events. Please, take other guests into account and respect the no-smoking policy. The event staff has the right to remove the guest who breaches the no-smoking policy from the event area/venue.
It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages into the event area/venue. The event staff has the right to confiscate all prohibited items and products, such as bottles and alcoholic beverages.
NO UMBRELLAS OR OTHER MECHANICAL RAIN COVERS
Regardless of weather conditions, it is forbidden to bring umbrellas or other mechanical rain covers to most (outdoor) events since these may cause injury (for instance eye injury) or inconvenience to other guests. However, guests may bring rain clothing and disposable raincoats.
It is strictly forbidden to bring firearms, knives and other items categorised as weapons into the event area/venue. Most chemicals, aerosols and other similar substances/items are also forbidden. The event staff has the right to confiscate all prohibited products and items and notify the police.
FOREWORKS, BOMBS AND OTHER EXPLOSIVES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
It is strictly forbidden to bring fireworks, bombs or other explosives into the event area/venue. The event staff has the right to confiscate all prohibited products and items, remove the guest from the event are/venue and notify the police. |
