TICKET SHOP RETURN AND REFUND TERMS

Always check your tickets thoroughly. Once purchased, the tickets are non-exchangeable and no refund is issued. Delivery fees or postage costs are non-refundable. Ticket Shop service operator operates solely as an event ticket distributor.

The event organiser is fully responsible for any refunds, possible cancellations, changes etc. as stated in the event organiser's terms of use. The VAT legislation holds that the event organiser is liable for all VAT obligations. Ticket Shop service operator and the event organiser are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Heat, light, pvc plastic, moisture as well as mechanical wear may damage the ticket.

When asked, the right to discounts need to be proven with a valid student/pensioner card (or other document validating a discount) that is approved by Ticket Shop service operator and the event organiser. It is strictly forbidden to use tickets for any commercial purposes without a written approval from Ticket Shop service operator. 

The volume in the event may exceed recommended levels and, therefore, Ticket Shop service operator recommends the use of earplugs. Event organisers reserve the right to forbid guests from bringing recording devices, bottles, cans or other dangerous objects or substances to the events.
